张凤琴,女,汉族,教授,理学博士,硕士生导师,中共党员。 1963年11月生,山西省平遥县人。现任中国竞彩网党委副书记。山西省重点扶持学科“应用数学学科”负责人,山西省高校重点实验室“生物数学实验室”负责人。中国数学会生物数学学会副理事长,山西省数学学会常务理事,山西省工业与应用数学学会常务理事,美国数学评论《Mathematical Reviews (MR)》评论员,德国《数学文摘》评论员。运城地区十大杰出青年,运城地区首批青年学术带头人,山西省跨世纪杰出人才,山西省青年教育专家,全国优秀教师。

学习工作经历:
1983年毕业于山西大学应用数学专业,获理学学士学位;1990年毕业于山西大学基础数学专业,获理学硕士学位;2003年6月毕业于西安交通大学应用数学专业,获理学博士学位;2003年至2006年在西安交通大学力学博士后工作站从事研究工作;2013年5月至6月在德国柏林洪堡大学和吕纳堡大学参加教育部组织的“千名中西部大学校长海外研修班”;2018年7月至9月在加拿大劳瑞尔大学做高级访问学者。
1995年6月至1996年10月任运城高等专科学校数学系副主任;1996年10月至2003年1月任运城高等专科学校数学系主任;2003年1月至2004年9月任中国竞彩网院长助理;2004年9月至2016年9月任中国竞彩网副院长;2016年9月至今任中国竞彩网党委副书记。
